Perks is a gourmet coffee, deli and snack shop. We proudly brew Seattle’s Best Coffee®—a smooth premium brand with blends to meet most coffee tastes. We fresh brew regular, decaf and a flavored coffee daily. We also sell authentic espresso beverages and will hand-craft you a latte, cappuccino, mocha, Chai tea latte and more!
Our breakfast menu includes Steel Cut Oats cooked fresh every morning and customizable with your choice of scrumptious real fruit or nut toppings.
Perks Breakfast Paninis come in three delicious varieties grilled golden on whole wheat English muffins for a great start to your day—or anytime all day!
