A public relations specialist is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you are a member of the media and need to reach us after business hours, please call the hospital main telephone number at (330) 297-0811 and ask to have the public relations contact paged.

For media calls related to a specific patient’s information, you will need to provide the patient’s complete name in order to receive their condition. This is in compliance with HIPAA.
