 Angela J. DeJulius, MD
A resident of Brimfield, Dr. DeJulius is excited about working in her community to provide high quality medical care to the families of Brimfield and the surrounding communities.
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. DeJulius is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine at Summa Health System. She possesses a Masters of Public Health from the Consortium of Eastern Ohio Universities and serves as Medical Director for the Portage County Health Department.
 Heather L. Thomas, MD
Originally from Youngstown, Dr. Thomas is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and Pharmacy and completed her residency in Family Practice at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Thomas served as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and has worked in private practice in Cleveland and Lansing, Michigan.
Dr. Thomas is looking forward to providing high quality medical care to the families of Brimfield and the surrounding communities.
