Primary Duties
The Database Administrator supports application system database activities associated with the implementation, management and daily operation of the electronic medical record system and associated clinical systems.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science required. Additional coursework in information technology and database systems preferred.

Minimum Requirements
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) or MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) and MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) are required or (both) must be obtained within 2 years of date of hire.
Four (4) years of experience in design and supporting database technologies. Eclipsys systems experience preferred.
