Stephen Colecchi, President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve has strong ties to Robinson Memorial Hospital as he is the president and CEO of the hospital where he was born. Steve started working at Robinson Memorial Hospital as general counsel in 1985 and was named President and CEO in 1994. One of his greatest joys is working for a hospital where there are many opportunities to be involved with employees and medical staff in helping the residents of Portage County. Steve is very proud of the accomplishments the hospital and employees have achieved over the years; which have a great and positive impact on the community. Steve graduated from Kent State University and continued his education at The University of Akron where he completed his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining the hospital, he worked as the assistant director of law and prosecutor for the City of Kent and had a private law practice in Ravenna with the firm of Martell, Cimino & Colecchi.

Richard E. Clough, Chief Operating Officer
Rick has been at Robinson Memorial Hospital for 20 years and has been COO since 2004. Rick enjoys developing programs, plans and bringing new facilities to the area and to the residents of Portage County. He has a deep understanding of how important it is to have the best technology and doctors in the community; being a three-time cancer survivor himself. Rick admires how the people at Robinson Memorial Hospital work together as a team and always have the patients' well-being at heart. He graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a master's degree in business administration and has a long career in finance.

David Baldwin, Chief Information Officer
Dave thrives on the constant changes that come with his job. Dave has been with Robinson Memorial Hospital for over 20 years and has been a part of great achievements in Robinson Memorial Hospital history and the medical community as well. He is proud to have implemented the Strategic Information System Plan and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) during his time here. Dave is a graduate of Edinboro University.

Linda Breedlove, RN, BSN, MBA, NEA-BC, Vice President, Patient Care Services/CNO
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Linda joins us from the Summa Health System where she led the key service lines of oncology and emergency services as well as ambulatory and diagnostic services. The commitment of the Robinson Memorial Hospital staff to a mission of high-quality care and service to patients was a key driver of Linda's decision to join the Robinson Memorial Hospital team. Linda, a certified nurse executive, received her bachelor's degree in nursing and bachelor's degree in business from The University of Akron, and her master's degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University. Her interest outside of work includes the equestrian sports where she has competed on the regional and national level with her Arabian horses.

Neil Everett, Vice President, Human Resources
Neil is a lifelong resident of Portage County and was born at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Neil has been a member of the Robinson family for over 15 years, holding a variety of management roles in Human Resources. He finds Human Resources to be the most dynamic and rewarding non-clinical sector of the hospital. Neil and his team are committed to attracting, training, educating and retaining the area's top talent; ensuring Robinson has the right staff in place at the right time, to meet the healthcare needs of the entire Portage County community. Neil obtained his bachelor's degree from Kent State University and is a certified Human Resource professional and a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company.

Stephen Francis, MD, Vice President, Medical Affairs
Steve oversees medical staff credentialing, delineation of privileges and quality of care initiatives. He is greatly interested in providing physicians the resources they need to provide patients with the most effective and quality care possible. Dr. Francis has been a member of the Robinson Memorial Hospital Medical Staff for over 20 years and continues to serve patients through our medical staff in his current role. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and is also an infectious disease specialist who continues clinical practice.

Bradley Raum, Vice President, Business Development
Brad moved back to Ohio from Salem, Oregon where he was the senior consultant with Salem Health System. He has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years working for health systems such as The Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth and Meridia. Brad enjoys working with the staff and physicians ensuring Robinson Memorial Hospital offers the proper medical services in our market. A constant goal of Brad's is that Robinson Memorial continues to build a strong and successful health network for the community. He is proud to be a member of a hospital that has achieved so much and one that is above peer hospitals in many areas. Brad completed his bachelor's of arts degree from Hiram College and master's degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace College while working full time.

Carl Ebner, Vice President, Finance
Carl has over 25 years of financial healthcare experience, allowing him to provide the best resources to Robinson Memorial so we can continue to fulfill our mission to our patients and community. With Carl's expertise and hard work he has been able to renegotiate managed care contracts and change the culture of accountability. He mentions that being able to work with a variety of people is one of the best parts of his job. Carl has a strong connection to the community and takes pride in his involvement in the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and his neighborhood board of education. Carl graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in Accounting.

Michael Fuchs, General Counsel
Mike comes to us from Summa Health System, where he served as a staff attorney representing the entire System's entities in various health law issues, including regulatory compliance, physician alignment, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate acquisitions, risk management, and professional liability litigation. He also has a history with Robinson Memorial Hospital from his time as an associate attorney with the law firm of Roetzel and Andress, where he specialized in the defense of physicians and hospitals in malpractice litigation and worked on cases for the hospital. Mike received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and completed law school at The University of Akron School of Law.
