The social work program provides assistance to Robinson Memorial patients or family members who are identified through high-risk screening criteria, who are referred by another healthcare professional or community agency, or who ask for services themselves. The program provides a range of services in four major clinical areas: Supportive Counseling, Discharge Planning/Continuity of Care, Identification of Psychosocial Needs and Interdisciplinary Collaboration.
