Position Summary
Responsible for completing history and physicals for Robinson Memorial Hospital Preadmission Testing Center. Utilizes critical judgment in the performance of comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnoses. Promotes wellness and teaches prevention of illness and injury.
Major Responsibilities
- Utilizes critical judgement, promotes wellness and teaches prevention
- Administers comprehensive health appraisals
- Assumes responsibility for health surveillance
- Maintains timely, accurate, and succinct records
Minimum RequirementsGraduate of ANA – approved nurse practitioner program
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: National certification as a nurse practitioner. Current license to practice Nursing in the State of Ohio. Current Certificate of Authority issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year experience in a family practice/internal medicine practice as a Nurse Practitioner preferred. Credentialing as a Medicare and major insurance provider preferred.
