The Health Education Center was created to provide awareness, prevention and maintenance of health related issues. These dynamic services promote positive behavior changes. The Health Education Center assists individuals, families and the community to make informed decisions about their healthcare. These informed decisions enable patients to reach their maximum state of wellness. We take pride in the professionalism and dedication of our staff members. Inpatient Education
Our inpatient education team provides in-patients with critical information and education on cardiac care, congestive health failure, diabetes, ostomy, and other health-related topics. The team provides integrated education based on our patient/families' individualized needs. Inpatient education opportunities include one-to-one teaching sessions, formal educational classes and support groups.
