Let’s Get Moving is a physician-guided program that can help you get on the right track to physical fitness.
Let’s Get Moving is a local program designed for youth, adolescents, and adults who are interested in getting in shape, losing weight, and taking better care of themselves.
Exercise doesn’t have to mean swimming 100 laps a day or doing any other activity for hours on end. The key to Let’s Get Moving is finding a program of exercise that you will enjoy and therefore engage in regularly.
