Robinson Memorial Hospital offers Moms-In-Training classes that teach
important information about pregnancy including childbirth education and
aftercare. Guests are always welcome, and several classes ask for
participation from dads, grandparents and siblings. For more

Orientation to Childbirth
An introduction to The Birth Center and our Childbirth Education classes, it includes a tour of the Birth Center.
Childbirth Preparation
Offered as either a once-a-week for four week evening course or a single
day class on Saturday, this course provides families with everything
they need to prepare for childbirth, infant care and much more.
Refresher
Families who have been through the delivery process before can attend a
part of the Childbirth Preparation classes to learn about the latest in
childbirth practices and birthing options.
Breastfeeding Classes
We provide expectant mothers with information on breast-feeding and how
to make their experience a positive one for mother and baby.
Big Kids' Class
A one-time class to help kids between the ages of 3 and 10 adjust to
their new roles as big brothers and sisters. Kids bring their favorite
doll or stuffed animal and use it to learn how to help in the infant's
care. Grandparents are also welcome.
American Heart Association CPR
This is a necessity for anyone who will be caring for a newborn. This
class covers safety issues, CPR and choking in adults, children and
infants.
