A public relations specialist is
on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you are a member of the media and
need to reach us after business hours, please call the hospital main telephone
number at (330) 297-0811 and ask to have the public relations contact
paged.
For media calls related to a
specific patient’s information, you will need to provide the patient’s complete
name in order to receive their condition. This is in compliance with HIPAA. If
you do not have this information, we will not be able to provide you with the
information requested.
